A few words from the owner

In today's marketplace, an accreditation with the Better Business Bureau means you've earned a reputation for being trustworthy, that you're known for providing a quality service, and that your customers are willing to stand behind the work you do just as much as you are. Earning an A+ rating sets a business a step above the rest, something I'm very proud of.

As the owner of Summit Tile & Stone, I want to hear from you.  Whether you reach out to me directly, talk to my business manager Amanda, or send your comments to the BBB, your feedback is important.  Did you understand how the job was going to go, from bid to demo to rough in, to material ordering and punch list discussions?  Were invoices and communication from me and the rest of my team clear and concise?  Did you get the same fast and friendly service from my sub contractors as you did from me?  Our goal is to leave a home better than we found it, and that extends beyond the space we're remodeling.

Building a business that survives for 18 years is no small feat, and certainly nothing to take for granted.  I want to always to do work that inspires my clients to share my name with family and friends, co-workers and grocery store cashiers.  Work that will have you coming back, time and again.  Whenever you have a tile project in your home, you'll know who to call.
